MENOMONIE, Wis. (WTAQ) - Two UW-Stout students are due in court Friday, for allegedly attacking a bicyclist who later died.
22-year-old Bradley Simon died Thursday afternoon at an Eau Claire hospital. Simon also attended Stout.
Menomonie Police say they’re seeking charges against his 2 alleged attackers, ages 21 and 23. Both will attend bond hearings in Dunn County Circuit Court.
According to police, Simon was arguing with the 2 men in a tavern last Saturday morning – and they later attacked the victim outside the bar as he rode off on a bicycle.
It forced the bike to slam into a wall, where Simon flew over the handle bars and hit his head on the wall.
