GREEN BAY, Wis. (WTAQ) - Schroeder’s Flowers in Green Bay says they being hit twice in the pocket book because of higher gas prices. 

The flower delivery company is absorbing the expense of higher fuel prices for now. 

Part-owner Charles Schroeder say his vendors have been increasing surcharges every day.  Schroeder bill from a company down south has been increasing the fuel surcharge by 5%, then 10%, 12%, until his last bill reflected 30% surcharge. 

Schroeder’s is hoping the prices go down soon.  But in the mean time, they are trying to make little changes where they can to economize and be more efficient, so he doesn’t have to pass along the increase to his customers. 

But he doesn’t think will be anytime soon.
