Madison, Wis. (WHBL-Learfield) - Junior guard Jordan Taylor scored a career-high 28 points last night, as Wisconsin topped Indiana 69-to-60 in Madison. The 18th-ranked Badgers trailed for most of the first half and the first six-and-a-half minutes of the second half before staging their comeback. Taylor put Wisconsin in front for good with a three-point-play with 10:33 left. He also had eight rebounds, four assists, and two steals. Indiana lost despite shooting 61-percent in the first half and they didn’t put the Badgers on the free throw line in the first 20 minutes. The Hoosiers shot 51-percent for the game, and Wisconsin ended up making 16-of-17 from the charity stripe in the second half. Jordan Hulls scored 16 points for Indiana, which has lost seven straight to Wisconsin and 10 consecutive times in the Kohl Center. The Hoosiers fell to 1-and-5 in the Big Ten, and 10-and-9 overall. The Badgers improved to 4-and-2 in the conference and 14-and-4 overall. They’ll play at Northwestern on Sunday.
