STEVENS POINT, Wis (WSAU) A trial was ordered Friday for a Stevens Point man who is accused of planning to kill his estranged wife back in May. 50 year old Rocky Neumann is charged with planning to kill his wife Shannon and recruiting another person to help dig her grave.

Amy Cox testified that Neuman asked her to help dig the grave and to wear a blindfold so she didn't know where it was. She cooperated with police in their investigation.

Neuman will be arraigned on August 22nd in Portage County Court
