MADISON, Wis. (WHBL) - JoAnne Kloppenburg made it official.  She will not be challenging the results of a Wisconsin recount for the Supreme Court Justice race.  Officials certified recount results last week indicating Justice David Prosser beat his challenger, JoAnne Kloppenburg.  He reportedly beat her by around seven thousand votes.  Today was the deadline for the legal challenge to take place and Kloppenburg, during a news conference, said she will not challenge the results, and has called Prosser to congratulate him.
