The Spider-Man star, who is a strict vegetarian, is currently filming a new movie adaptation of The Great Gatsby in Sydney and film bosses provided him with a luxury Mercedes to drive during his time there.

However, Maguire wasn't happy with the car's leather interior because of his strict 'no leather' policy, according The Sydney Daily Telegraph.

The publication reports executives at Bazmark Films, the company behind The Great Gatsby film, took the vehicle back to the dealership and had the leather upholstery replaced with vinyl.
