Leonardo DiCaprio stars in J. Edgar as the former FBI director, alongside Naomi Watts and Dame Judi Dench - and the biopic has been given the prestigious honour of opening the movie event.

The 25th annual AFI Fest will take place from 3 November (11) until 10 November (11) in Los Angeles.
