The actor was celebrating the opening of Fantastic Four in the Bahamas when he noticed the basketball great seated in a club's special VIP section - and he was amazed that Jordan knew who he was when he went over to say hello.

Evans recalls, ""He kind of got the bouncer's attention and said, 'That kid's OK.' He waved me in, poured me a drink and said, 'My kids love you.'

""I did not play it cool. Thank God I wasn't drunk at that point, because I might have gone in for a hug or something.""
