MADISON, Wis. (WSAU) - Officials in Dane County have arrested a 69 year old man who ran into a deputy's squad car while wearing a Santa Suit.

That crash happened at 7:30 Pm on Saturday when the officer was directing traffic on Highway K in the Town of Westport. The deputy suffered minor injuries.

Reports say the man was returning home while drunk after attending an American Legion Party in Westport. This is the man's 4th OWI arrest.
