Katy Perry 's own marriage dreams may not have worked out, but that doesn't mean she wants to be a downer for other young women in love. People magazine reports that when Katy and friends were having dinner in her hometown of Santa Barbara, California recently, a "new bride," as the magazine described her, approached the singer's table and asked if she would pose for a photo with her. The blue-haired star, who was trying to be incognito in thick glasses and a beanie, said yes.
