SHEBOYGAN, WI (WSAU)Charges are expected today against a man arrested in a deadly shooting incident outside the Walmart in Sheboygan. A 20-year-old Milwaukee man was shot-to-death. A 21-year-old Sheboygan man was in critical condition at last word. He was taken to a Sheboygan medical center before being flown to Froedtert (fray-dert) Hospital near Milwaukee.

The incident happened around 12:30 yesterday morning. Police said the suspect was not associated with the victims, but he took out a gun and fired shots toward the two men and two other male companions who escaped injury. A 21-year-old Sheboygan man was arrested late yesterday morning at a home in that city. He was booked on possible charges of reckless homicide and attempted reckless homicide.
