Two women say they were permanently injured in that brawl three weeks ago reportedly involving Chris Brown and Drake, and now they're suing New York City's W.i.P. nightclub for unspecified damages, according to TMZ .  Neither Chris nor Drake are specifically named in the suit.

TMZ reports that Lucy Pavlovsky and Nadia Beddini filed their lawsuit in New York, claiming in the documents that the melee at W.i.P. wouldn't have happened if staff had not served drinks to people who already appeared to be drunk.  Bottles were thrown during the violent incident, and both women say they suffered injuries that include damage to the face, head and neck.  Photos posted by TMZ show lacerations to Pavlovsky's arm that required stitches.

Pavlovsky and Beddini are also suing whoever is responsible for throwing the bottles.  Those individuals haven't been identified, so they're listed as John Does 1 through 5.

Also in their suit, Pavlovsky and Beddini claim that W.i.P. bouncers were not properly trained to handle a violent situation.  A representative for the club tells TMZ, "We work hard to provide a safe environment.  If an accident or injury occurs we try to respond appropriately.  We will review the claims in this lawsuit and address them in court."
