GREEN BAY, Wis. (WSAU) – A Grand Chute man has been found guilty of attempting to burn down a Planned Parenthood building.

It only took a federal jury a half hour to convict a Francis Grady on charges of arson and intentionally damaging a reproductive health facility. Prosecutors say Grady admitted he broke the clinic window, poured gasoline inside and lit it.

During testimony today, Grady told the court he wanted to “release the children” from the building, and that he didn't mean to burn it down.

No one was hurt in the fire. Grady will be sentenced at a later date.
