MILWAUKEE, WI (WSAU) The Milwaukee Bucks now have both of their draft choices in the fold, after they signed second-round pick Doron Lamb yesterday. Media reports said the Kentucky guard agreed to a three-year deal. Financial terms were not immediately available.
The 6-4 Lamb was the 42nd overall selection in last month’s N-B-A draft. He played two seasons at Kentucky, and he averaged 13 points a game. Lamb is also the top three-point shooter in school history, making 47-and-a-half percent of his shots from beyond-the-arc.
The Bucks signed their first-round pick, North Carolina forward John Henson, on Tuesday. Those two will join 17 others on the Bucks’ Summer League team in Las Vegas next week. Their first game will be on Monday against New Orleans. Meanwhile, a four-day camp opens today for Milwaukee’s rookies and free agents in advance of the Summer League contests.
