Rising star Rita Ora has Jay-Z to thank for signing her to her record deal, but she has Jay's wife Beyonce to thank for musical inspiration.  In fact, she says she's such a fan of Blue Ivy 's mom that when she met her, she could barely speak.

Speaking to Glamour magazine, Rita says, " Destiny's Child was my band.  I was nearly choking when I met her, but she is the nicest.  I call her an alien because I'm like, 'How do you do everything at once?  You can't be human.'"  As for Jay-Z, Rita gushes, "He's like my brother."

Rita, whose debut album ORA will be released at the end of August,  also addresses rumors that she's dating Rob Kardashian .   Asked if she and Kim 's brother are romantically involved, Rita says, "Rob's family make their lives public.  Me?  I'm very private.  He's a great friend.  But the only relationship I'm having now is with the tour bus."

When asked if she's ready for fame, including being followed everywhere by paparazzi, Rita laughs, " I don't really care as long as my album is on your shelf and you're smiling."
