KRONENWETTER, Wis. (WSAU) – Some Kronenwetter residents will get their water from Mosinee for the next month as crews rebuild the Maple Ridge Road interchange.
The village switched over to the city's water main this week.
Residents in the southwest part of Kronenwetter, which includes the Timber Creek subdivision and Maple Ridge Road, will notice increased water pressure over the next month. Some customers may also have water leaking out of water heater relief valves.
This is the first time Kronenwetter has tapped into Mosinee's water system on a temporary basis.
