FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WSAU) - A 25 year old man from Hilbert will stand trial in connection with an accident which left two motorcycle riders dead and seven others injured.

Clinton Lovelace faces a half-dozen serious charges, including second-degree reckless homicide. He is accused of crossing the center line in Fond du Lac County earlier this month and striking 10 of the dozen motorcycle riders traveling together. Two of the victims are still in intensive care.

A defense attorney moved to have the charges dismissed during a Friday court appearance, but the judge found there was probable cause to allow the case to continue.
