(UNDATED) There may be developments concerning a proposed medical college in Central Wisconsin. We don't know what those developments are.

The Medical College of Milwaukee will hold a news conference at Central Wisconsin Airport on Monday at 3pm.

Earlier this year the group had been discussing opening the state's third medical college in our area. They needed support from all the major medical groups and hospitals in the region and needed help with land acquisition. At the time, it was determined the project would not move forward – but informal talks continued to take place.

The medical college also has a news conference scheduled in Green Bay on Monday.
