WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. (WSAU) - A 18 year old Wisconsin Rapids man has reached a plea deal in connection with a robbery at Taco Johns last year.
Paul Bullock pleaded guilty today to armed robbery with threat of force, felony battery and false imprisonment. According to a criminal complaint, Bullock forced several employees into the store while they were outside in April of last year. He escaped with about $2,400 in cash.
As part of the plea deal, prosecutors have recommended a 5 year prison sentence. If given the maximum sentence, Bullock faces nearly 60 years in prison. A pre-sentence investigation is being completed at this time. Bullock will be back for final sentencing in December.
