Rihanna comes across as a badass on stage and in her pictures, but she says her biggest turn-on isn't some freaky, dominatrix scenario. No, when it comes to romance, Rihanna says she'd rather be Anatasia Steele than Christian Grey.
Speaking to GQ , which has also put her on its cover and calls her its "Obsession of the Year," Rihanna reveals, "I like to feel like a woman. I have to be in control in every other aspect of my life, so I feel like in a relationship, like I wanted to be able to take a step back and have somebody else take the lead."
Rihanna admits that, in some cases, "I could absolutely be dominant," but adds, "In general, I'd rather... How do I say this in like a...non-X-rated version?" Well, she doesn't. But she does have this to say about love: "[It] makes you go places you probably wouldn't ever go, had it not been for love. But I think everybody still has their limits."
Also in GQ , Rihanna addresses the much-talked-about bottle tossing brawl at a New York City club which was reportedly sparked by Chris Brown and Drake exchanging words over her. According to the singer, there's no evidence that the incident had anything to do with her. "There's no proof of that being for my love," Rihanna insists.
