Gleeks of the world, rejoice! Not one but two versions of Glee: The Music Season 4, Volume 1 are coming on November 27.
In addition to a standard album, a digital-only deluxe edition of the soundtrack will also be available and will include songs performed by Glee guest stars Kate Hudson and Sarah Jessica Parker . This will be the 13th soundtrack released from the show since it began.
The album features a sneak peek of several songs that we haven't seen performed yet on Glee , such as PSY 's viral hit "Gangnam Style," Kelly Clarkson 's "Dark Side," One Direction 's "Live While We're Young" and a medley of Simon & Garfunkel 's "Homeward Bound" and "Home" by Phillip Phillips . Also coming up are covers of David Bowie 's "Heroes," Bonnie Tyler 's "Holding Out for a Hero" and "Some Nights" by fun.
The songs that will only appear on the digital deluxe edition are Kate Hudson's mashup of "Americano/Dance Again," Sarah Jessica's performance of Scissor Sisters ' "Let's Have a Kiki," with Rachel and Kurt, and Nancy and Frank Sinatra 's "Something Stupid," as sung by Sam and Brittany.
