One malicious tweet aimed at the star read, ""Emily its (sic) time 4 u (sic) to leave this world, ur (your) last hours wnt (won't) be pleasant, but it will achieve the objective.""

Atack told followers she had ""never read/seen anything so vicious towards me in my whole life"" and added, ""Police are now on the case.""

Officials have confirmed an investigation into the tweets is ongoing.
