MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - In an unusual move, the Wisconsin Assembly passed the proposed two-year state budget without much of a debate. The abrupt vote was 55-42. GARNER, NC (WSAU) - Are you worried your turkey won't turn out just right for Thanksgiving? There's an app for that!

Butterball is back for their 31st year of helping people cook that perfect bird with more digital help. Butterball Turkey Talk-line director Mary Klingman says they're offering an app this year for the iPhone and iPad. That'll run you $4.99 and comes with how-to videos, food safety tips, and a menu planning checklist, all things that couldn't really be offered through a traditional phone call to the helpline.

Klingman says helpful folks at the Talk-Line are also on hand to help you with other Thanksgiving food emergencies. "A lot of folks don't do gravy very often so they get anxious about that. We'll also get questions about other things like Chocolate Chip Cookies."

You'll also be able to get more info from Facebook chats and Pinterest board and other social media. The hotline, plus all of its social media components, is expected to reach 1 million people through Christmas Eve.

You can get more info by calling up the hotline at 1-800-BUTTERBALL.
