WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) - The Wausau man eluding capture since September 1st has been apprehended. 31-year-old Julian Alvarez was considered armed and dangerous. Wausau Police issued a nationwide attempt to locate Alvarez October 8th. i
Along with charges for threatening a witness with bodily harm and with being a felon in possession of firearms, Alvarez now faces charges of battery, strangulation and suffocation, 2nd degree sexual assault, and two counts of false imprisonment, after a September 1st domestic incident.
Alvarez will be back in court for a preliminary hearing November 28th at 9:00 a.m.
