WAUSAU, Wis (WSAU) A robbery suspect who stole from a victim after the Wisconsin Valley Fair last summer has reached a plea deal. 18-year-old Kyler Wruck of Wausau pled guilty to misdemeanor battery and obstructing an officer. He'll be on probation for one year and will have to pay $2,000 restitution. He can ask the court to expunge his criminal record if he stays out of trouble.
Wruck was one of three people who beat and stole from a 16-year-old who'd been volunteering at a church food-tent during the fair. They pushed the victim off his skateboard, punched him, and stole his wallet.
19-year-old Anthony Seehafer is also facing charges in connection with the case. A 16-year-old girl was also involved. Her case is being handled in juvenile court.
