UNDATED (WSAU) A man who is accused of killing a Wisconsin Rapids woman in a drunk driving crash in Montana pled 'not guilty' on Monday. 65-year-old Garry Lee Griffin is charged with vehicular homicide while driving under the influence. His blood-alcohol level was .17

Last July Griffin allegedly ran a stop sign near Bozeman, Montana. A pick-up truck crashed into the side of his vehicle, killing passenger Corene Kurbsack of Wisconsin Rapid. Police believe she's been hitch-hiking.

Griffin's trial will begin later this year.
