WAUSAU, Wis (WSAU) Wausau police are investigating a one-car crash on 3rd Avenue yesterday morning. Around 7:30am a red sport scar rolled over and came to rest on its roof near Pope's Hobbyland.

The cause of the crash is still being investigated. The driver has been taken into custody. He was in possession of a stolen gun, and he's not allowed to have a firearm because of his prior record. Drug paraphernalia was also found in the car. His name will be made public when he makes a court appearance later today.

Police have not said if the gun was taken from either Condition One in Wausau or Statton's General Store in Tomahawk. Both gun shops were broken into earlier this week.
