MARSHFIELD, WI (WSAU) -  The death of a Marshfield woman has been attributed to a drug overdose. 20-year-old Kayla Jean Vanderwyst was found dead in the 800 block of 4th Street August 20th. Investigators had to wait for a toxicology report, since there were no obvious cause of death at that time.

Wood County Coroner Charles Evans says Vanderwyst had morphine and heroine in her system, and signs of recent marijuana use.
