JACKSONVILLE, FLA (WSAU) The Jacksonville Jaguars will be without their star running back when they face the Packers in Green Bay on Sunday. Coach Mike Mularkey said Maurice Jones-Drew could miss an extended period of time, after he injured a foot on the first play from scrimmage in the Jaguars’ overtime loss to Oakland Sunday. The three-time Pro Bowler was on crutches on the sideline in the second half. Mularkey says he does not know the specifics of the injury.
Also, Jaguars quarterback Blaine Gabbert injured his non-throwing shoulder yesterday. He missed the second half of the Raider game, but the Jags say he has a good chance to play against the Packers.
