WAUPACA, WI (WSAU) -  The Marion man charged with sexually assaulting an unconscious woman will be in court today. 46-year-old Robert J. Krake is accused of that crime, along with bail jumping and having contact with the alleged victim against court orders. The victim claims she was sexually assaulted while asleep under the influence of medications.

Krake’s preliminary hearing starts at 2:00 p.m. in Waupaca County circuit court. He is currently free on a $2,000 signature bond, but faces up to 40 years in prison and $100,000 in fines if convicted.
