Justin Bieber has flashed another new tattoo on Instagram . The image of an owl on his arm was accompanied by the message, “Befo the paps get me" -- a reference, presumably, to any photographers who might be seeking to snap a pic of the star’s new ink.

Bieber also unveiled a new little friend via Instagram and Twitter . Pac, a hamster, is shown in the palm of the singer’s hand with the legend, "Me and #pac on the road."
