The Mrs. Carter Show world tour just got underway Monday night in Serbia, but Beyonce is already making announcements about the upcoming North American leg of her trek.  The singer has joined forces with Goodwill Industries International, and she'll be raising awareness about the community-based agency, starting with her first U.S. tour stop on June 28 in Los Angeles.

"Goodwill helps people get back to work by providing education, job training and placement.  I wanted to team up with an organization that puts people first and works every day to help them improve and re-establish their lives," Beyonce says in a statement.

She'll be promoting donation drives at all of her North American concerts, including the first one at the Staples Center in LA.  An online auction will also give Beyonce fans a chance to win VIP passes and unprecedented access to her Mrs. Carter Show world tour -- all in the name of a good cause.

A Goodwill mobile donation center will be available onsite at 28 tour venues in 24 North American cities that Beyonce visits, and fans can help out by dropping off clothing, electronics and small household goods.  Revenue from the sale of those items will go to local Goodwill agencies, which in turn will provide help to people facing challenges to finding employment.
