Depending on whom you believe, Justin Bieber spent his weekend being either a perfect gentleman, or adding to his reputation for being a brat.

According to both The New York Post and the New York Daily News , Justin and his entourage showed up at the South Point club in tony Southampton, on New York's Long Island, just before 3:00 a.m. Sunday.  That, however, is pretty much where the story similarities end.

The New York Post reports Justin was the perfect gentleman, spending about an hour at the club.  The paper quotes a "spy" as saying, "[Justin] was standing on a banquette dancing when his song ["#thatPOWER"] came on.  Girls were trying to flirt with him, but he played it cool.”

Well, somebody's either making stuff up or leaving stuff out, because the New York Daily New s paints an entirely different picture.  Calling Justin a "super-brat," the Daily News says when a female club patron tried to make her way past Justin's "overbearing" bodyguards to talk to the singer, the woman's male friend and Justin had a "heated exchange."

At that point, Justin "ripped his shirt off and went nuts. He was screaming,” the paper writes, quoting an unspecified "source."  Justin's people reportedly hustled him out of the club, just before some club-goers apparently decided they'd had enough of his entourage's alleged bullish behavior and began fighting with them.

The Daily News says a spokesperson for the South Pointe club confirmed to them that there had been an "incident" on Sunday but provided no other details, other than that they were reviewing security footage.
