Adam Levine got engaged to 24-year-old Victoria’s Secret model Behati Prinsloo in July, just months after they reportedly split up. A source told US Weekly magazine that Adam "couldn't stop thinking about " Behati after he broke it off with her, and realized he "really loved her." The two have yet to set a wedding date.
Kelly Clarkson canceled plans for a big wedding to fiance Brandon Blackstock and instead quietly married him October 20, in a ceremony that was attended by just a few people -- not even her mom was invited. She later shared her wedding photos and video online.
Avril Lavigne married fiance Chad Kroeger of Nickelback on July 1 -- Canada Day -- in a lavish celebration at a castle in the South of France. The bride wore black: a black wedding dress, black eye makeup and black nail polish, and the couple even shared a black wedding cake. It was her second marriage, and his first. Later in the year, Avril released "Let Me Go," a duet with Chad, as one of the singles from her self-titled new album.

Britney Spears' ex husband Kevin Federline married his girlfriend Victoria Prince in Las Vegas in August. The couple has two-year-old daughter.
Kanye West and Kim Kardashian welcomed daughter North West on June 15. Kim's mom Kris Jenner explained the unusual name -- which launched countless late-night TV jokes -- by saying, "The way [Kim] explained it to me was that ‘North’ means ‘highest power’ and she says that North is their highest point together...I thought that was really sweet.”
In November, about a month after marrying Brandon Blackstock in a private ceremony and telling everyone that she couldn't wait to get pregnant, Kelly Clarkson tweeted the news that the couple was expecting their first child. Despite struggling with morning sickness, Kelly kept up a heavy TV appearance schedule to promote her Christmas album, Wrapped in Red , and her NBC holiday special. In early December, Kelly told Ellen DeGeneres that she was 11 weeks pregnant, and went into graphic detail about her morning sickness, claiming to vomit up to a dozen times a day.
In July, Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott and husband Chris Tyrell welcomed daughter Eisele Kaye Tyrell .
In August, Michael Buble and his wife Luisana welcomed their first child, son Noah . Ten days later, Michael kicked off a U.S. tour.
Also in August, Fergie and her husband Josh Duhamel welcomed son Axl Jack . The baby's name was inspired by a dream Fergie had in which she attended a music festival at which Guns 'n Roses frontman Axl Rose was one of the performers.
Backstreet Boy Kevin Richardson and his wife welcomed their second child Maxwell Haze in July.
In July, American Idol season eight champ Kris Allen and wife Katy welcomed their first child, son Oliver Neil .
In November, No Doubt 's Tony Kanal and his wife welcomed their second child, Saffron Rose Kiran Kanal . Also, based on various media reports, No Doubt frontwoman Gwen Stefani is assumed to be expecting her third child with hubby Gavin Rossdale , though Gwen has not publicly confirmed it.
On August 4, American Idol season 12 finalist Amber Holocomb announced she was pregnant by posting a photo of her sonogram on her Facebook page. She tagged the sonogram photo “Lamar D. Denson,” who is reportedly her boyfriend and the baby’s father.
Simon Cowell became the center of a huge scandal when news surfaced in July that he was expecting a baby with Lauren Silverman , the wife of Andrew Silverman , a friend of Cowell's. Silverman later filed for divorce. In September, Cowell told Ellen DeGeneres that the situation was "kind of uncomfortable" at first, but he added, "Now...I’m actually happier than I’ve ever been.”
Taylor Swift rang in 2013 by sharing a long, New Year's Eve kiss in New York's Times Square with then-boyfriend Harry Styles . But just days later, the two split, reportedly after they had an argument in the British Virgin Islands. Taylor seemed to hint at a breakup around that time by tweeting her lyric "...til you put me down," from her song "I Knew You Were Trouble." Of course, Taylor never publicly confirmed any of this.
Britney Spears and her fiancé Jason Trawick , called off their engagement in January, with Britney releasing a statement saying, "I'll always adore him and we will remain great friends." A few months later, she began dating David Lucado, who she says she "loves," but revealed that several songs on her new album Britney Jean, released in December, were inspired by the breakup with Jason.
Many doubted that they'd ever make it down the aisle, and they were right: Miley Cyrus and Hunger Games star Liam Hemsworth called off their engagement in September. Miley reportedly initiated the breakup because she felt that Liam had been unfaithful to her; a day after the split was confirmed, he was spotted kissing Eiza González .
They weren't dating one another, but it was a divorce of sorts: The Jonas Brothers announced they were splitting up in October after they experienced "a deep rift" within the group. Joe Jonas then penned a tell-all article dishing the dirty details on what it was like to be a member of the Disney hit machine, revealing that, among other things, Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus introduced him to marijuana.
