STEVENS POINT, WI  (UWSP)  – The UW-Stevens Point women's volleyball team rounded out its 2012 season ranked first in the NCAA Division III in blocks per set. The Pointers averaged 2.79 blocks per set, the highest mark among 420 teams nationally.Individually, Allison Davis (Rochelle, IL/Rochelle Township) ranked No. 5 with 1.31 blocks per set while Morgan Bartkowiak (Slinger, WI/Slinger) ranked No. 17 with 1.15.The Pointers won their second consecutive Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference title in 2012 and are ranked No. 22 in the American Volleyball Coaches Association Division III postseason poll after finishing 29-8.
