SHEBOYGAN, WI (WTAQ) - Former Sheboygan Mayor Bob Ryan has reached a plea deal for a 2011 incident involving groping a female bartender.

Ryan was charged with two counts of fourth degree sexual assault after allegedly groping the woman at an Elkhart Lake bar during a three day drinking binge in July of 2011.

Ryan’s attorney tells WHBL radio in Sheboygan that Ryan will plead guilty to a reduced charge of disorderly conduct.

Ryan lost a recall election to City Council President Terry Van Akkeren more than six months after the incident.
