SHEBOYGAN, WI (WTAQ) - Police in Sheboygan say a mother and daughter were struck by an SUV in a school zone Friday.

Authorities say it happened near Cooper Elementary School around 3:00 p.m.

Police say a 19-year-old driver hit the pair after they walked into the street.

The mother received significant, but not life-threatening injuries. The daughter received minor injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
