RACINE, WI (WTAQ) - A gym teacher in Racine pleaded not guilty Wednesday to offering a good grade to a 15-year-old girl if she bared her chest.

61-year-old Thomas Adams of Caledonia waived a preliminary hearing, and a court commissioner ordered him to stand trial on a felony count of child enticement.

Pre-trial matters will be discussed at Adams’ next court hearing on April 12th.

Prosecutors said Adams was the girl’s gym teacher at Racine Horlick High School, when he repeatedly asked her to expose her chest earlier this month.

He is not accused of touching the youngster. Adams is free on a signature bond.
