WAUSAU, WI (WSAU) -  A deer led to a three vehicle crash and a mess of logs on the road yesterday east of Wausau. 

A car stopped on Marathon County Highway J near East Tower Road early last evening when a deer entered the road. A log truck tried to go around the car, but the driver lost control and tipped over. The logs hit a third vehicle.

Nobody was injured in the mishap, but a pregnant passenger was taken to the hospital for examination as a precaution. Highway J was blocked until crews could clean up the mess.
