WISCONSIN RAPIDS, WI (WSAU) - A Wisconsin Rapids man will spend the next three years in prison after being convicted of possessing child pornography. 33-year-old Michael J. Kuhn was sentenced on two counts of child porn Tuesday. Judge Greg Potter took another eight counts into consideration as he passed sentence.
Once Kuhn gets out of prison, he will be on extended supervision for an additional three years. He will also have to have no contact with places that serve or sell alcohol and he can’t live within two blocks of any school, day care center, or park.
In 2011, a Marshfield detective found Kuhn’s computer had downloaded a large number of pornographic images. Some of the images involved children between 6 and 13 years old.
