WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAU) -- A sexual assault suspect will be back in court Monday morning.
20-year-old Eduardo Organista-Temich is accused of molesting a seven-year-old girl on at least two occasions, once while the child’s mother was preparing dinner in another room. The victim told a social worker about the inappropriate acts, which led to Organista-Temich’s arrest.
If found guilty, he would serve his sentence and then be deported, since he’s not in the country legally.
Judge Jill Falstad will preside over the arraignment hearing, which starts at 8:15 a.m.
