LONDON, ENGLAND, (WTVB) - High tech health care and then some. Scientists in England have developed what they call an "intelligent" surgical knife.  The iKnife can tell the difference between healthy and cancerous tissue in seconds.  Surgeons often can't tell where cancerous tissue ends and healthy tissue begins, so cancerous cells are frequently left behind, requiring more surgery.  In the first test of the iKnife in patients, researchers at Imperial College used the the knife to diagnose tissue samples from 91 patients with 100-percent accuracy.  A study on the iKnife test is published in "Science Translational Medicine."
