WAUSAU, Wis. (WSAU) -- A Wausau woman faces federal charges for distributing methamphetamine. 43-year-old Sandra Timm was indicted on two counts for allegedly distributing the drug twice on March 13th. The U.S. Attorney’s Office is handling the prosecution.
Investigators from the Marathon County Sheriff’s Department and the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives investigated the case.
If convicted, Timm could get up to twenty years in federal prison.
Assistant U.S. Attorney David J. Reinhard is prosecuting the case.
