MADISON, WI (WTAQ) - Wisconsin’s two law schools are a little more prestigious than they were a year ago.
U.S. News and World Report ranks the UW-Madison Law School as the nation’s 33rd best, up two places from a year ago. The Marquette Law School also jumped two spots to Number 94.
But among law programs for part-time students, Marquette was much higher, at Number 18.
Yale and Harvard are the top 2 overall law schools in the nation. Stanford is third, followed by Columbia of New York and the University of Chicago.
