MERRILL, WI (WSAU) - It’s been six days, and there is still no sign of a missing Merrill woman. Anita Bucki disappeared last Friday morning from her home.
Yesterday, Lincoln County officers continued their search near the Bucki family home. There was activity at the home, and the State Crime Lab’s vehicle was on scene, but investigators are not saying why. The case is still considered a missing persons case.
Marathon County’s dive team assisted by searching a nearby pond, but did not locate Bucki.
Anita is described as 5' tall, between 120 to 150 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans and a black blouse. She does wear wire rim glasses.
Anyone with information should call the Lincoln County sheriff's department at 715-536-6272
