UNDATED (WSAU-Wheeler News) The Powerball jackpot jumped to $475-million for Saturday, after nobody won the top prize last night. The new jackpot is the second-largest in Powerball history, and the third-biggest overall.
Wisconsin had a pair of $10,000 winners last night. Those tickets were sold at Bob and Steve’s B-P Amoco in New Richmond, and Lannoy Foods in Waterloo. Both matched all but one of the five regular numbers plus the Powerball.
All told, Wisconsin had almost 49,800 winners – about six times as many as a normal game with a much smaller jackpot.
Last night’s numbers were 2, 11, 26, 34, and 41. The Powerball was 32.
Saturday’s cash option is just over $302-million, and you can expect that and the jackpot to rise before the drawing due to expected high ticket sales.
In Mega Millions, the top prize is at $190-million for tomorrow night.
