GREEN BAY, WI (LEARFIELD-WSAU) Packers' outside linebackers Clay Matthews and Nick Perry both returned to practice yesterday for the first time since their injuries in early October. Matthews is coming off a broken hand, and Perry a broken foot. If both can make it through this week's modified practices, they're expected to play on Sunday at home against Philadelphia.
Aaron Rodgers and guard T-J Lang were the only Packers not to practice yesterday. Lang suffered a concussion Monday night. Eagles' quarterback Michael Vick practiced on a limited basis with a lingering hamstring problem.
Coach Chip Kelly said earlier yesterday that Nick Foles would start against the Packers. He threw seven touchdown passes against Oakland last weekend.
