MERRILL, Wis. (WSAU) -- New trial dates have been set for a Lincoln County drunken homicide case.
Ashley Baumann’s trial was delayed after a key witness was unable to testify in December. The eight day trial is now set to begin on May 5.
Baumann is accused of causing a rollover crash in June 2012, will be tried on two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.
33-year-old Jessica Hartwig and 31-year-old Misty Glisch died in the crash.
