WAUSAU, Wis (WSAU) The Wausau School Board continues to discuss the controversy over holiday concerts and religious-themed music. A timeline for the policy change, which was ultimately reversed by the Board of Education, is still being investigated.
Last night the school board voted in favor of making its committee meetings open to public access coverage.
The school board is also discussing whether to form a committee to review future holiday concert issues.
The board voted 7-2 against requiring a letter of apology surrounding the issue from Superintendent Kathleen Williams.
