BERLIN, Wis. (WSAU) - A woman is facing first degree reckless homicide charges after allegedly running over her boyfriend with a car. 22-year-old Tiffani Rodriguez from Oshkosh allegedly got into a heated argument with 21-year-old Eric Gonzales at a Berlin apartment building Sunday.
Investigators say other people started getting involved, and Gonzales ran away. Rodriguez jumped into the car and allegedly chased Gonzales down and struck him with the vehicle.
Gonzales was flown to a hospital, but was pronounced dead upon arrival.
The two have a child together. Rodriguez is now being held in the Green Lake County Jail, unable to post a $50,000 cash bond.
Authorities are hoping more witnesses step forward to share what they saw and heard at the apartment building.
